At the top, there are 3 options menu which has functions namely Formats, Devices and Web. On the Format tab, it serves to convert video to various video format, it is usually capable run on a PC. To convert, you just click browse then specify output video format by selecting icon on toolbar above. Output video formats are supported by AVS Video Converter includes AVI, DVD, MPEG, WMV, FLV, Blu-ray, SWF, MOV, RM, MKV, TS, M2TS, WebM, 3GP, AMV, DPG, GIF, MTV. This Video Converter also provides Advanced Feature, if users want to customize Video Codec, Frame Rate, Bit Rate, Frame Size, and Audio Setting.

On the Device tab serves to convert video to video format by gadgets or smartphone with many preset options. Edit Video

Performance
In performance testing of the AVS Video Converter, memory usage on the video conversion process requires about 140-240 MB, depending on the selected video output. As we convert HD video MP4 format with a resolution of 640 x 360 to Android with resolution of 800 x 480 requires 140MB of memory space. To convert to MPEG format with resolution output of 1280 x 720 requires 240MB of memory space. Finally, video output can playback on the Samsung Galaxy 2 and Samsung Galaxy 3 Mini in well, there are no defects at all.
