To run the application Tweak Me was pretty easy. You just double-clicking its executable file and you do not have to bother to do the install because Tweak Me is portable.

Should be noted that Tweak Me needs support MS. Net Framework 3.5. When the choice of Windows settings that are available confusing, you can click on that option and Tweak Me application will display a brief description on the right panel.
