Sophos is known as a provider of industry data security applications on a PC Computer. Tips #1:

It is advisable, periodically you need to change the password used. However, this is risky if you forget the last password used. For that, Sophos Free Encryption provides the functions View Password History that can be accessed via Tools menu.

Tips #2:

Click the menu “Tools | Options” and check the option “Secure Delete source files after encryption”. By default, files or your original documents encryption will be removed from the source. This is certainly very useful to make phiser or spyware retrieve documents that you have encryption.
